Ian Crist is an alternative r&b singer from Miami, Florida. Ian began producing music in 2019 for hip-hop artist in south Florida and quickly fell in love with the idea of creating something beautiful from nothing at all. In 2023 he began writing, recording, & releasing his own music. His musical taste is a combination of many different genres, inspired from artist such as Masego, Mac Miller, Q, Dijon, Cruza, Leon Bridges, Frank Ocean, Dominic Fike, & Souly Had. His sound is one that is constantly evolving and unpredictable at times. Ian speaks from the heart on a variety of topics & aims to connect with listeners by telling his own life stories in hopes that he can inspire others.
At the moment Ian is working on releasing collaborative projects with other artist for the summer, and gearing towards releasing his first studio album. While focusing on the creative process, Ian is improving his live performing and working towards becoming a sharper musician everyday. Whether it is getting better at playing instruments, practicing vocal lessons or producing/writing music for other artist; Ian is always eager to improve!
